Webinar EPA hosted a public webinar to provide an overview to stakeholders about the supplemental notice of proposed rulemaking on November 16, 2022. The webinar also gave the public an opportunity to provide comment to EPA on the proposed changes.

Webinar EPA will host a webinar to provide an overview to stakeholders on proposed revisions to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Fees Rule announced in December 2020.  The webinar will also give the public an opportunity to provide comment to EPA on the proposed changes.

February 24, 2020 Conference Call EPA hosted a conference call to review certain provisions of the Fees for the Administration of the Toxic Substances Act rule. In light of the recent publication of the preliminary list of manufacturers/importers subject to risk evaluation fees, the Agency gave a brief overview of the fees associated with an EPA-initiated risk evaluation, the entities subject to fees, requirements for self-identification, and how fees will be divided among those identified on final lists. Read the transcript of the call.

October 10, 2019 Webinar

EPA hosted a series of webinars on changes to EPA's Central Data Exchange (CDX) as a result of the final Fees for the Administration of the Toxic Substances Control Act rule.
