In light of the recent publication of the preliminary list of manufacturers/importers subject to risk evaluation fees, the Agency gave a brief overview of the fees associated with an EPA-initiated risk evaluation, the entities subject to fees, requirements for self-identification, and how fees will be divided among those identified on final lists.
