Class I Underground Injection Control (UIC) Permit No. R9UIC‑CA1‑FY15‑2R authorizes Hilmar Cheese Company (HCC), located at 9001 North Lander Avenue in Hilmar, California, to inject nonhazardous fluids produced during cheese production. The facility owns and operates its active Class I injection well, WD‑3. In addition, HCC maintains one temporarily abandoned injection well, WD‑2, and operates two monitoring wells, MW‑1D and MW‑2D.
