Permitting and Regulations for Anaerobic Digesters
Anaerobic digesters must meet local, state, and federal regulatory and permitting requirements for air, solid waste, and water. It is important for all entities working with digesters to be able to find information about permitting and regulations. EPA's AgSTAR program compiled a comprehensive set of requirements for livestock digesters. These requirements also apply to all other types of digesters.
