CAA Permitting in New Mexico

Permit applications and other permitting related documents for submittal to Region 6 may be sent electronically in a searchable Portable Document Format (PDF) or Microsoft Word, excel, or other database documents by email.

Clean Air Act permitting in New Mexico is the responsibility of the Air Quality Bureau of the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) and the Albuquerque-Bernalillo County Air Quality Program (CABQ AQP) for the city of Albuquerque and Bernalillo County.
