The deadline to submit your Right of Entry (ROE) form is March 31, 2025.

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is completing Phase 2 debris removal cleanup work for property owners that opt-in to the government-run debris removal program.

Los Angeles County Department of Public Health
Visit the LA County Department of Public Health's website to:
- Find guidance on returning home after a wildfire,

- access resources on health, safety, and rebuilding.

South Coast Air Quality Monitoring District (AQMD)
Visit the South Coast Air Quality Monitoring District’s 2025 Wildfire Response website to learn more about:
- local air quality and monitoring,
- information on metals, volatile organic compounds, asbestos, and other air toxics, and
- guidance for local residents regarding air quality.

California State Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)
EPA and California State Department of Toxic Substances Control are partnering to complete Phase 1 household hazardous material removal. Visit their Disaster-Related Hazardous Waste Removal website for information on how DTSC and USEPA execute Phase 1.
