EPA to Showcase Gold Standard Science at 2026 Society of Toxicology’s Annual Meeting

U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will participate in the 2026 Society of Toxicology (SOT) Annual Meeting and ToxExpo from March 22-25 in San Diego, CA. EPA’s participation will bring the latest gold standard science in chemical risk assessment and regulatory science, as well as highlight other tools used to protect people and the environment. Participation in this event is another example of EPA’s commitment to gold standard science, radical transparency and scientific integrity.  

EPA will present on many topics, including sharing the latest on EPA’s commitment to reducing mammalian animal testing, eliminating the practice by 2035, and using New Approach Methods (NAMs).
