All other previously provided information remains the same.

Also, in accordance with FAIR Section 2 (c)(2) and the Circular, Attachment A, paragraph D.6, when a FAIR Act Challenge results in a change to an agency inventory, EPA shall make such changes available to the public, transmit a copy of the change to OMB and the Congress, and publish a notice of public availability in the Federal Register.

This inventory represents a comprehensive report of all EPA commercial and inherently governmental activities and the FTEs performing them. It does not include Full-Time Equivalents (FTE) from the EPA Office of Inspector General; they submit and publish their inventory separately.
