Tools for Doing Business with EPA
This page contains information and tools that EPA uses to advertise potential business opportunities and find vendors to support EPA’s mission requirements.
- EPA’s Simplified Need Acquisition Program (SNAP) for simple product acquisitions under $250,000 - EPA is using Reverse Auction for many of its simple product purchases under $250,000 through a Pilot program referred to as SNAP. This includes Lab Supplies and Equipment, some IT Hardware and Software, and more. This approach has been shown to maximize the opportunities for more vendors to support the EPA, while also speeding up the acquisition cycle. The main Reverse Auction commercial platform being used and available to all EPA vendors is through the Unison Marketplace. Any vendors interested in participating should visit the Unison Marketplace to register and learn more. Vendors can reach out to the team with any questions at marketplacesupport@unisonglobal.com.
- FedConnect is a web portal that connects agencies and vendors to streamline the process of doing business with the federal government. EPA uses FedConnect as the communications portal for its current and potential contractors and for most procurement actions.
- Special Notice - EPA's Changed Business Practice to Use FedConnect -- All procurement actions posted after March 12, 2014 are available only on Fedconnect.
- FedBizOpps is a centralized listing of all contracting opportunities with the federal government.
