Information Requests Under Clean Air Act Section 114 and Data Received

On February 2, 2023, EPA issued Clean Air Act section 114 information collection requests related to the National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Oil and Natural Gas Production Facilities and the NESHAP for Natural Gas Transmission and Storage Facilities.
