The Interim Framework for Advancing Consideration of Cumulative Impacts provides EPA with a foundation to incorporate analysis and consideration of cumulative impacts into programmatic work, with the goal of achieving results that improve peoples’ lives.

FY 2022 – FY 2026 EPA Strategic Plan

The 2022-2026 EPA Strategic Plan deepens EPA’s commitment to protecting human health and the environment for all people, which includes understanding of and reacting to issues of cumulative impacts and cumulative risks.

Cross-EPA Panel Convenes for Discussion on Cumulative Impacts Research and Regulatory Activities

In March 2023, five panelists from across EPA gathered for a public discussion moderated by ORD Assistant Administration Chris Frey to talk about the Agency’s research and regulatory activities on cumulative impacts. The panel demonstrated a whole-of-EPA approach to working as a team across programs and regions to address cumulative impacts.
