Alternate Submission Forms for Regional Dockets

Please note that comments on dockets originating from one of EPA’s regional offices are usually to be directed to that region, not EPA Headquarters in Washington, DC. Mailing instructions for regional dockets will be included in the relevant Federal Register notice.

Use the Docket Center address if you are using express mail, commercial delivery, hand delivery or courier. Delivery verification signatures will be available only during regular business hours.
