E3 Materials

Cover of the E3 Brochure

The materials below offer a start-up kit for your new E3 activities. These were developed by EPA in coordination with the other federal agencies. The brochure provides an overview of E3 and highlights how North Carolina is benefitting from our services. The MOU establishes the E3 framework between six federal agencies including: Department of Commerce, Department of Energy, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Small Business Administration, the Department of Labor, and the United States Department of Agriculture. The E3 metrics document will help new communities identify results to help explain how the E3 framework is benefitting them.
