Private and Confidential Information

Filers must not upload to the e-filing system private information the disclosure of which would constitute an unwarranted invasion of any person’s privacy (for example: social security numbers, birthdates, medical records, personal financial information, or other private information). 

Additionally, any CBI or information for which an entity asserts a business confidential claim should not be uploaded through the e-filing system. The EAB will consider any claim of confidentiality for any business information to be waived if such information is uploaded using the e-filing system.
