EPA Subaward Cross Cutter Requirements
EPA is providing the following list of statutory, regulatory, and Executive Order requirements to assist recipients or “pass-through entities” who make subawards under the Uniform Grant Guidance to identify potential Federal requirements that may apply to subrecipients on EPA funded projects per 2 CFR 200.332(a)(2). The list is for informational purposes only and is not intended to be a comprehensive description of all requirements applicable to each EPA financial assistance award.
