Mikel Wilkins, Senior Engineer, Planning Team Lead in the San Antonio River Authority's Engineering Department. Mikel's team is building on internal efforts to monitor, model, and rate the conditions and improvement opportunities for the San Antonio River.
Michelle E. Garza Urban Planner, Planning Team in the San Antonio River Authority's Engineering Department. Michelle coordinates development for the River Authority in areas the River Authority owns and operates as well as codified protected areas along the San Antonio River and its tributaries. Michelle is also the EPA Urban Waters Ambassador for EPAs Urban Waters Federal Partnership Program.
