Summary
In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, the City of Bejou is authorized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, to discharge from the City of Bejou Wastewater Treatment Facility, located on City property approximately ½ mile northeast of Bejou Township, Mahnomen County, Minnesota (N.W. ¼ of S.E. ¼ of Section 22, Township 146N, Range 42W), to Marsh Creek (aka Judicial Ditch No. 91), in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions set forth in Parts I and II hereof.
