Draft NPDES Stormwater Permit for City of Tacoma MS4 in Washington

EPA accepted public comments on the revised draft permit from July 20 through September 19, 2022.

EPA is re-proposing to issue a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) permit for the City of Tacoma's MS4 that discharges to surface waters of the Puyallup Tribe overlying Puyallup Tribal Trust lands within the 1873 Survey Area of the Puyallup Reservation.
