Idaho NPDES Permits

In Idaho, EPA issues NPDES permits for facilities on tribal lands and/or discharging to tribal waters. On June 5, 2018, EPA approved Idaho's application to administer the Idaho Pollutant Discharge Elimination System program to issue other NPDES permits in Idaho. For more information, visit Idaho NPDES Program Authorization.
