NPDES General Permit for Offshore Seafood Processors in Federal Waters Off the Washington and Oregon Coast

Permittees: Please send notices of intent (NOIs), updated NOIs, and any other permit-related notices (e.g., notice to transfer or terminate coverage) to Sally Goodman (goodman.sally@epa.gov). Please attach compliance-related and enforcement-related notices or reports to Discharge Monitoring Report submittals in NetDMR (if this option is available), or otherwise submit to Jason Rodriguez (rodriguez.jason@epa.gov).
