Below is EPA's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit for a suction dredge operation that discharges to Eldorado Creek within Denali National Park and Preserve in Alaska. The operation is focused on the extraction of gold from deposits found in the streambed along Eldorado Creek.
