NPDES Permit for Riverview Estates Wastewater Treatment Facility in North Dakota

Under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit number ND-0031143, the Riverview Estates Wastewater Treatment Facility is authorized to discharge from its wastewater treatment facility located on the Fort Berthold Reservation in Mountrail County, North Dakota, to an unnamed tributary of Lake Sakakawea (Missouri River).
