NPDES Permit for Suquamish Wastewater Treatment Plant in Washington

EPA is re-proposing its draft permit with new and revised conditions. We accepted public comments on the revised draft permit from May 14 through June 13, 2024. Copies of the draft permit and supporting documents are available below.

Below are EPA's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and supporting documents for the Suquamish Wastewater Treatment Plant on the Port Madison Indian Reservation in Washington.

Proposed Permit

EPA is proposing to reissue this permit. We initially accepted public comments on the draft permit from September 19 through November 6, 2019 (extended from October 21). In May 2024, EPA re-proposed the draft permit with new and revised conditions. We accepted public comments on the revised draft permit from May 14 through June 13, 2024. Copies of both draft permits and supporting documents are available below.
