Proposed Permit
EPA is proposing to reissue this permit. We initially accepted public comments on the draft permit from September 19 through November 6, 2019 (extended from October 21). In May 2024, EPA re-proposed the draft permit with new and revised conditions. We accepted public comments on the revised draft permit from May 14 through June 13, 2024.
