On October 25, 2022, EPA released a draft NPDES permit and 301(h) Tentative Decision for public comment through December 9, 2022. Based on new information and input from the State of Alaska and City of Wrangell, EPA revised the permit and added additional conditions. The 301(h) Tentative Decision was not revised or re-released for comment. We accepted public comments on the revised draft permit from July 28 through August 28, 2023.
