NPDES Pretreatment Discharge Requirements for Tolmar in Colorado

Tolmar is a pharmaceutical manufacturer and generates wastewaters from mixing, compounding and formulating operations. Tolmar is authorized under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit number CO-PF00106 to discharge these wastewaters to the City of Windsor Publicly Owned Treatment Works. Authorization for discharge is limited to only those outfalls specifically listed in the notice of discharge requirements below.
