National Program Guidances (NPGs)
The EPA is working diligently to implement all Executive Orders that impact agency operations. As part of this on-going review, the FY 2025-2026 National Program Guidances are no longer in use and have been archived. Moving forward, given the National Program Guidances are not required by law, the EPA is not continuing this process at this time.
