Tribal Air Grants Framework
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is committed to working with tribes to develop and to implement Clean Air Act (CAA) programs in Indian country. One of EPA’s primary tools in this effort is to award CAA grants in order to help build tribal knowledge and increase tribe’s capacity to manage air quality issues. CAA §103 and §105 allow EPA to provide grant support to tribes for this purpose.
