EPA & Army Corps WOTUS Proposal - Upcoming Public Meetings

EPA and the Army will hold two additional public meeting sessions to gather input on the proposed rule that would establish a clear, durable, common-sense definition of “waters of the United States” (WOTUS). The first will be held on December 15, 2025, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and the second meeting will be virtual only on December 16, 2025.
