Proposed Guidance for Pesticide Registrants to Improve Efficiencies

Upon publication of the Federal Register notice extending the comment period, EPA will accept general comments regarding the changes, information on projected cost implications, and feedback on the use of these procedures in docket ID EPA-HQ-OPP-2025-2863. Proposed Approval of Missouri’s Request to Regulate Ammonia Facilities

On October 6, 2025, the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MoDNR), on behalf of the State of Missouri, requested delegation of a partial CAA Risk Management Program (RMP) for agricultural anhydrous ammonia facilities. EPA is inviting public feedback on a draft rule under Section 112(l) of the Clean Air Act on the NPRM until March 30, 2026 via Docket ID No. EPA-R07-OAR-2026-0497.
