EPA Pacific Southwest (Region 9) Electronic Permit System
The Electronic Permit System (EPS) allows state and local permitting authorities to electronically submit draft, proposed, and final permits and supporting permit documents to EPA. EPA's Permit Hub allows public online viewing of those permits and support documents, as well as of EPA comments on proposed title V permits. Note that this database is only complete where permitting authorities submit permits electronically to the EPA via EPS. When permits are not submitted through the EPS, only summary data may be available.
If a permit action is currently within the public comment period, public comments must be submitted to the relevant permitting authority and not to the EPA. Please contact the corresponding permitting authority for more detail on how to comment on a permit action.
