Required Training
EPA has developed two courses that are required to be completed by EPA grant applicants and recipients who have not received an EPA grant since FY2015 prior to receiving grant funds. This requirement will ensure all grant applicants and recipients are prepared to apply for and manage grant funds in compliance with all federal grant regulations and EPA-specific grants policy. Note: new applicants are only required to complete the training once

RAIN-2024-G01, New Recipient Training Requirement
This Recipient/Applicant Information Notice (RAIN) informs applicants and recipients of the new training requirement that must be completed by new applicants and specific recipients.
