SmartWay Carrier Performance Ranking
Shippers and logistics companies that participate in SmartWay improve their overall performance by using more and better SmartWay Carriers to move their freight.
SmartWay Carriers submit efficiency and air quality performance data to EPA annually. EPA aggregates and divides the data into five ranked performance ranges for each freight mode and carrier category.

The Performance Rankings Spreadsheets ranks all SmartWay Carrier and Logistics Company Partners by their performance ranges. Download these Microsoft Excel files to view carriers and logistics company performance metrics.

Current Reporting Year
The current reporting year makes use of the previous year's data. Therefore, the current reporting year spreadsheet is labeled as the "2023 Data Year" file.
