The feasibility analysis technical memorandum for Project #8 outlines an estimate of capital costs; an estimate of design, project, and construction management costs; an estimate of operation and maintenance (O&M) costs; a rough project implementation schedule; a summary of regulatory, engineering, and potential implementation issues; and a preliminary summary of impacts.
