Overview

The Spring 2026 RTOC meeting will be in-person with virtual sign-in options. Please refer to the draft agenda for virtual meeting links and specific information about in-person meeting locations.

  • Monday June 15 (1-5pm): Afternoon presentations & tour by Soboba Environmental Department
  • Tuesday June 16 (8AM-4PM): Tribal Caucus (Tribal representatives only)
  • Tuesday June 16 (4-5PM): Breakout sessions Part 1 (Open to All)
  • Wednesday June 17 (8AM-5PM): Full Plenary RTOC / Breakout Sessions Part 2
