The Winter 2026 RTOC will be an in-person meeting with virtual sign-in options. It will be at Avi Casino & Resort in Laughlin, NV, hosted by Fort Mojave Indian Tribe. Please refer to the draft agenda for virtual meeting links and specific information about in-person meeting locations.
