Professional Learning Community (PLC) calls are held to facilitate the sharing of Brownfields job training news and the exchange of best practices and lessons learned.

The April PLC call included discussion about important pre-recruitment considerations, ideal trainer characteristics, and different trainer types (including in-house, in-kind, and contracted instructors). Attendees learned how to expand their instructor network and enhance training programs through practical tools, national resources, and insights from experienced programs.
