Region 4 Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) Tool Box

The QAPP Tool Box consists of multiple documents internal to the Region 4 Land, Chemicals and Redevelopment Division. The current 2023 QAPP standard, QAPP guidance, DQO guidance, Crosswalk, and Asbestos/LBP bulk sampling methods are located below. Environmental contractors performing asbestos sampling and analysis at Brownfields sites shall execute field sampling, analysis, and delineations using trained personnel in compliance with Asbestos NESHAPs (40 CFR Part 61, Subpart M), the AHEARA sampling protocols (40 CFR Part 763, Subpart E and Appendix E) and OSHA Construction Safety Standards (29 CFR 1926.1101).
