Environmental contractors performing asbestos sampling and analysis at Brownfields sites shall execute field sampling, analysis, and delineations using trained personnel in compliance with Asbestos NESHAPs (40 CFR Part 61, Subpart M), the AHEARA sampling protocols (40 CFR Part 763, Subpart E and Appendix E) and OSHA Construction Safety Standards (29 CFR 1926.1101).
