CAA Permit Actions Pending by EPA in Region 8

EPA's Mountains and Plains region – Region 8 – directly implements CAA permitting programs for 27 Tribal Nations in Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming, with the exception of Title V Operating Permits on the Southern Ute Indian Reservation.

Listed below are air pollution control permit actions (indicated by permit type and facility) that are pending issuance by Region 8 with the status of the action in the issuance process and the appropriate staff contact to direct questions related to the permit action.

• Minor NSR Permits
• Part 71 Title V Permits
