The Hazardous Waste Electronic Manifest (e-Manifest) System

  • Advisory Board Updates

    EPA is requesting nominations from the public to fill current and upcoming vacancies on the e-Manifest Advisory Board through April 7, 2025. We are looking for:

    • An industry representative with experience using or representing users of the manifest system.
    • A state representative responsible for processing manifests.
  • New Registration Requirements for Large and Small Quantity Generators

    Large and Small Quantity Generators must register for e-Manifest by January 22, 2025.

  • EPA Finalizes Changes to the e-Manifest Regulations

    On July 26, 2024, EPA finalized amendments to the manifest regulations for shipments of hazardous waste and polychlorinated biphenyls that are transported for treatment, storage, and disposal. On October 31, 2024, EPA published four minor corrections to this rule.
