Permits issued in Connecticut, Maine, Rhode Island and Vermont are issued by the respective state environmental agency (because the state has opted to assume the permit program). Please visit these pages for more information.
Please Note: After you have downloaded the software and filled out the forms you must print, sign (signature must be original not electronic or photocopied) and mail the forms to EPA New England and the state environmental agency - see note below regarding additional state agency forms/requirements. In addition, please submit all applications electronically to R1NPDESReporting@epa.gov.

New Hampshire
For New Hampshire Permits you must also mail an identical copy of the EPA application forms to New Hampshire DES.
