Note: The Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) receives all TRI reporting forms electronically from the EPA. Facilities reporting electronically do not need to submit TRI forms to the FDEM. The State of Florida collects annual reporting fees of $150.00 per TRI Reporting Form R and $75.00 per chemical listed on each Reporting Form A through E-Plan. Filers now have the option of paying fees with a credit card or electronic funds transfer (ACH) from their bank account. If you are not familiar with E-Plan, please contact the TRI Program Coordinator.

Note:The TCEQ receives all TRI reports electronically from the EPA. Facilities reporting electronically do not need to submit TRI reports to the TCEQ. The State of Texas (TCEQ) also collects a fee of $25 per Form R (not for Form A Certification Statements) up to a maximum of $250 per facility. The TCEQ mails invoices for fees directly to the facilities. Facilities should mail fees back to TCEQ, and not submit fees with the TRI forms.
