Region 10 Clean Water Act Section 319 Tribal Program Funding

EPA offers grants and technical assistance to support Tribal environmental programs in assessing and managing their nonpoint source pollution problems and threats under Section 319 of the Clean Water Act. Currently 33 Tribes are eligible to receive Section 319 funding within Idaho, Oregon, and Washington (EPA's Region 10). Learn more about EPA's Tribal 319 Grant Program.


2026 Base Grant Funding

Work plans and budgets are due Tuesday, January 21, 2025. 

Awards will be made by September 30, 2025.
