Housing and Urban Development (HUD)The Office of Native American Programs provides COVID-19 recovery program, Indian Housing and Community Development Block Grants, Urban Development-Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing, Section 184 Home Loan Guarantee, etc. These programs benefit American Indian and Alaska Native Tribal governments, Native Hawaiians, and other Native American organizations.
Indian Health Service (IHS)IHS provides federal health services to American Indians and Alaska Natives. The provision of health services to members of federally recognized Tribes is based on the special government-to-government relationship between the federal government and Indian Tribes.
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)CDC has a dedicated website on working with federally recognized Tribes and Indian organizations that focus on public health. The website also contains information on COVID-19 for the general public (i.e. vaccines, guidance, and updates).
